Healthy, Hearty Salad

imageThis salad has quickly become a favorite around here. It is delish and  easy and best of all takes really no time to make !

Five days into the New Year usually resolutions begin to fall by the wayside.  This salad will satisfy visually and gastronomically!!!

What you’ll need:

2 medium avocados

12 oz. baby spinach

1 small bunch of cilantro

11/2 cups craisens

1 tbsp. onion diced

1/3 cup veg oil

2 tbspn dried mustard

1/2 cup white balsamic vinegar

Salt/pepper to taste

garlic powder/onion powder to taste ( I’ve used minced garlic)

You can add candied or plain nuts, or I’ve also tried canned chick peas.
